Job Title: Video Content Creator
Status: Full-Time, On-Site

CMOco is a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Knoxville, TN, with a diverse client base. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Video Content Creator to join our team. This role involves shooting and editing video content for social media, advertising, and promotional videos. CMOco will provide the necessary equipment and editing resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop engaging video concepts suitable for different social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute video production.
  • Integrate music, voice-overs, graphics, and other elements into videos to enhance their quality.
  • Manage video projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Stay updated with the latest video trends and techniques for social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in video production or content creation.
  • Proficient in mobile and desktop video editing applications (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and other applications, etc.).
  • Strong video editing skills, including the ability to integrate music, graphics, and voice-overs.
  • Ability to generate creative video concepts applicable for social platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Graphic creation and design skills a plus
  • Proven track record in video production and editing for various marketing purposes.

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Social Media & Marketing
Status: Full-Time, On-Site

A full-service advertising agency is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team. This role focuses heavily on creating dynamic social media content, but also includes broader graphic design support for various client projects across multiple industries.

You’ll work directly with the Director of Social Media and Executive Creative Director, collaborating with a talented team of marketers, writers, and creatives to develop engaging graphics, animations, and short-form video content that helps our clients stand out in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling graphic content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more
  • Design still graphics, animated assets, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, InDesign, CapCut, and other creative platforms
  • Collaborate with the Director of Social Media to plan and organize monthly content calendars for a variety of clients
  • Work alongside the Executive Creative Director on brand development and larger creative initiatives
  • Contribute to the design of logos, brochures, case studies, digital ads, and other marketing collateral as needed
  • Maintain consistency across brand standards for all clients

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or social media content creation
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms and current design trends
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign (CapCut experience is a plus)
  • Ability to take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Portfolio or design samples required for consideration
