Director of Integrated Media
Bruce Thiem is responsible for developing highly strategic, fully-integrated media campaigns for CMOco clients. He oversees all media planning and placement, media negotiations, campaign budget development, co-operative advertising planning, and ad campaign performance and tracking. Bruce is a Swiss-Army knife of media experience in radio broadcasting, advertising and marketing with over 30 years of experience in mid-level radio programming and promotional management. His experience also extends to on-air broadcasting, award-winning creative writing, talent coaching and recruitment, logistics, brand management and event planning and execution.
Bruce has a keen eye and ear for detail. He also loves to do a deep dive into analytics. His competitive assessments and strong research experience, help to craft strong creative campaigns that cut through the clutter and engage the consumer. Bruce has a natural curiosity and is a strong problem solver that specializes in finding creative solutions for clients. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Radio/Television broadcasting from Northeast Community College in Nebraska. Bruce serves as Media Chair for the Knoxville Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the Alzheimer’s Association. He is also a passionate automotive enthusiast and enjoys everything car related. Bruce makes his home in North Knoxville.
