User Experience | Digital Strategist
Kristi Harper brings over 23 years of digital marketing, web user experience and graphic design to CMOco. Kristi helps support CMOco clients with both organic and paid social media development and management, SEO & SEM initiatives and advises on digital trends, social algorithms, taxonomy/metadata and their impact online. Prior to working with CMOco, Kristi worked with the Pilot Flying J Corporation and Scripps Networks Interactive where she re-designed existing digital platforms and mobile applications. Other prior responsibilities include mentoring visual design, user research and UX methodologies for team members as well as being instrumental in launching a company intranet; servicing 2000+ employees. Kristi holds a Masters Degree in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University, a UX Master Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Missouri State University. Kristi resides in Knoxville and has two children, a daughter and son.
